You will work with Clinical Nurse Specialists and Service Line Managers to provide education consistent with Nursing Standards of Care/Practice, Title XXII, The Joint Commission, the Plan for Provision of Patient Care, CSMC Code of Conduct, and Performance Improvement Plan, the Patient Education Plan, professional organization standards, and all regulatory requirements. Ultimately, you will work to ensure that staff maintains competency skills in their areas of responsibility. Additional responsibilities include ensuring that staff are able to effectively interact with people of diverse cultural backgrounds and identify the ability of the adolescent, adult and geriatric patient to follow directions/instructions and give consent.To qualify, you must have a BSN and Masters Degree, current California RN license and BLS. Ideally, you will possess relevant experience and certification in an ambulatory care practice setting. Prior teaching experience is required.We offer an excellent salary and benefits package.
