As the ENT Oncology Nurse Practitioner at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team of medical specialists who focus on the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck cancers. In this role, you will serve as a facilitator, liaison and clinician for patients undergoing treatment for head and neck cancers. You will coordinate and follow patients through their inpatient and outpatient experience. Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting follow up appointments with patients diagnosed with various hematological diseases. Physician will complete initial new patient visit and consult providing treatment protocol. Nurse Practitioner will then follow patient through the treatment protocol, consulting with physician as necessary. Candidates with Oncology experience a plus, but will consider candidates with a primary care background. Spanish bi-lingual skills are a plus.
