Our tiniest patients receive the highest level of care from Kern County´s most experienced and trusted doctors and nurses in Memorials expanded Neonatal Intensive Care unit. This unit is equipped with the most advanced technology and soon our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit will be open to treat local children with critical healthcare needs. POSITION REQUIREMENTS The nursing practice specialist for L&D and family care department will have accountabilities for planning, staff development, orientation, patient/family education, quality management and research, consultation, communication, professional relationships and professional development as appropriate. Must have 3-5 years in L&D experience. Current CA RN licenses required. ACLS, NRP, BLS, STABLE required.Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification preferred or within 6 months of hire date.
