MedAssurant, Inc. is seeking a Nurse who will be responsible for managing the member, provider and support services operations of the Wisconsin In-Market program. MedAssurants In-Market program is directly correlated to CCS Advantages Disease Management Communications Center. The Provider, Member and Support Services Manager will also be responsible for provider networking and education necessary and appropriate for implementation to assist with the Wisconsin In-Market program. The ideal candidate will possess a BSN, RN license in the state of Wisconsin preferred.Responsibilities include:Assisting in the development of a comprehensive provider engagement plan designed to achieve optimal relations with the provider community in Wisconsin; Communicating professionally with providers, and resolving provider or member issues as these arise;Identifying and improving the engagement, contact rates and In-Market utilization for Wisconsin members;Identifying and establishing satellite locations for In-Market Center;Quickly build and develop relationships with the Physician community in the targeted area(s) through collaboration with initial outreach;Maintaining and enhancing relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers;Working with the Business Operations Director and Senior Manager, Clinical Operations in the identification and implementation of new locations for the In-Market program; andConducting training and educational sessions regarding the In-Market program to providers, and MedAssurant staff. To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Wisconsins geographical area, as well as be willing to travel within the state to multiple site locations. Up to 70% of travel within Wisconsin is required. Qualified candidates must also have five years minimum experience with provider outreach and education in the area of chronic conditions including diabetes, asthma, cardiovascular and other chronic disease diagnoses. In addition, Direct or indirect experience in disease management program design, outreach and/or implementation. Furthermore, qualified candidates must be creative, resourceful, customer and client oriented, independent, and have the ability to set priorities and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
