You will monitor and evaluate appropriate nursing care and service delivery in accordance with established hospital policy and nursing practice standards; and collaborate with ED physician staffs in care delivery planning and implementation.Requirements**Position requires a BSN from an accredited school of nursing **3 - 5 years experience as an RN in emergency services**3 years experience in a management role in an acute care facility; Assistant or Director level experience preferred. **Experience with flex staffing, triage process, implementation of Electronic Medical Record for clinical documentation, and strong clinical and communication skills also required. **Must have current North Carolina license as a RN or ability to obtain.
