Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.Qualifications 1. An Associate or Bachelor´s degree in nursing from an accredited university or college. [Diploma Required].2. Current Indiana Registered Nurse license required.3. ACLS certification required upon hired or within 6 months of employment.4. CPR certification required upon hired or within 6 months of employment.5. EKG/telemetry Experience preferred. EXPERIENCE: - RN must have completed clinical rotation in Cardiac Service Line.- Previous nursing care experience not including student nursing clinical experience, 1 year experience in Critical Care or Telemetry based hospital practice preferred- Current or prior ACLS certification preferred.

A graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Indiana Registered Nurse license with preferentially previous clinical experience, with a strong Critical Care background. One year Med/Surg. Critical Care or OR experience preferred.Qualifications Education:•Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Associate or Bachelor´s Degree in NursingCertifications / Licenses:•Current state Registered Nurse license required •Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) Certification upon hire or by the end of orientation•Current ACLS Certification required within 6 mo of hire and continued to maintain•CNOR, PALS and AORN preferredPreferred Experience:•At least one year direct OR experience •One year Med/Surg. The Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist is responsible for improving overall quality, specificity, and completeness of physician clinical documentation. develops and implements documentation improvement plans with HIM direction to ensure hospital case-mix index, severity of illness, and risk of mortality profiles are complete and properly documented by physicians.Qualifications Required1.
