The department is growing and an expansion plan for the hospital will occur in 2010.Clinical leaders with strong operational experience and strategic planning are desired. This position will require an individual who can foster Physician relationships with a dynamic group of physicians, as well as work closely with staff on process improvement.Professionals with experience building teams and functioning in a collaborative environment are ideal. This manager will work closely with the nurse educator to ensure the nursing staff is provided necessary resources to grow.
