This dynamic manager would supervise a team of nurses and medical assistants in these areas throughout our system. www.gundluth.jobsClinical Manager: Cancer Center and IV/Infusion CenterFulltime Days - Sharing time between IV/Infusion Center and Cancer CenterProvides management and oversees the delivery of specialized clinical services throughout the Infusion/IV Therapy, Hematology/Oncology, Radiation Oncology and Center for Breast Care departments (budget, staffing, and project management). Has direct responsibility for managing employee performance to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operation. Works collaboratively with Administrative Director and Medical Directors of the departments to achieve department and unit strategic goals.Education/Learning Experience:- Required: Bachelors degree in health related field.- Desired: BSNWork Experience:- Required: 5+ years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills.- Desired: 3 years management experience.Skills/Knowledge:- Required: Ability to adapt to changing work needs and to demonstrate effective customer service to internal and external customers.
