Thedacare, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin integrated health system, seeks a full-time NP for its ThedaCare Physicians New London location. The practice is a full scope family medicine comprised of nine primary providers and four mid-level providers. This facility is connected to New London Family Medical Center. The hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital that offers general medical care including Inpatient/Outpatient Surgery, 24-hour Emergency Department, Rehabilitation Services, Birth Center, and Transitional Care.This position offers the unique opportunity for the NP to practice in both the clinic setting as well as the hospital setting. The relationship between the mid-level providers and the physicians is best described as a partnership, which allows the mid-level provider to practice in a more autonomous role with the support/collaboration of the provider. The clinic offers expanded hours throughout the week. This position does include call rotations with additional compensation for call responsibilites.
