TITLE: CLIENT SERVICE SUPERVISOR- RNLOCATION: NEW WESTMINSTER, BCSTATUS: FULL TIMEThe Nursing Supervisors primary function is to pro-actively ensure effective services and high standards are maintained by providing ongoing development of their core team members and continued enrichment of the program they lead. Improve the quality of services to our clients through Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives and seek out and recommend opportunities for new business in the market place.DETAILS OF POSITIONReporting to the Branch Manager, the incumbent is responsible for:Supervise StaffStaff DevelopmentPerformance ManagementClient Assessment and CareRisk Management QUALIFICATIONS - Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) registration - Demonstrated strong nursing knowledge base with clear understanding of current health care trends and new developments- Experience in a similar or related field is preferred- Minimum of three years of nursing experience, preferably in the community- Two Years Supervisory experience preferred - Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving skills
