Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (GNP, ANP or FNP) for a Nursing Home practice in northern Indiana. Other providers on site. Will consider an experienced provider. May consider a strong new grad. Schedule will be M-F, 7a - 5p. Call once a month. EMR. Backup available at all times. Salary will be $75-100k with a comprehensive benefit package including 3 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance, retirement, and 1 wk paid CME. Potential for Tuition Reimbursement. Relocation assistance and possible sign-on bonus. Northern Indiana has easy access to any kind of amenity you could desire. Chicago is a short drive away. Moderate climate with 4 seasons.
