We are currently seeking a full-time RN Casemanager for our Lawton, OK site.

We are currently seeking a full-time RN Case manager for our Lawton, OK site.Responsibilities:� Maintain relationships with medical providers � Tracks short and long term disability cases resulting in lost work days. � Act as liaison between employees, Client, Company, and medical providers � Maintain up-to-date knowledge of disease progression and relevant therapies � Coordinate return to work of injured/ill Client employees � Participate with Client�s disability management vendor to assure patient progression � Communicate with the supervisors and others involved management of the injured/ill Client employee � Advocate with other case managers and other service providers on behalf of Company and Client � Participate in required training pertaining to nursing, safety, or case management � Promote health and safety though interactions with the Client�s workforce (individual and group) � Participate in weekly conference calls with Client�s disability vendor and/or adjuster to discuss Client needs � Ability to triage, � Detailed assessment of injury/illness, � Initiate, coordinate and maintain patient care, � Communicate patient, employer and provider needs for positive outcomes � Perform drug screens, new hire medical evaluations, medical histories, first aid and medical treatments.Requirements: � RN with valid, unrestricted OK license � 3-5 years experience in occupational health/urgent/emergency care � 3-5 years experience in case management � Current BLS certification required � Experience utilizing electronic medical records or databasesWe offer competitive salary and benefit options.Take Care Health Systems is proud to be an equal opportunity employer of nice people!
