If you are looking for a full time position as a Family Care Nurse Practitioner in a growing clinic practice with some of the best health care providers; are experienced, self-motivated, energetic, dedicated to patient care, education and research, we are interested in you.Our multi clinic practice provides a broad range of clinical services including Family Practice. Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Providing general medical and treatment care to patients; including physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines. Ordering, interpreting and evaluating diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients clinical problems, diagnosis and healthcare needs. Accurate and complete charting Preparing comprehensive patient treatment plans; including prescribing medications or other forms of treatment necessary. Patient educationThe successful candidate will work in collaboration with our physicians, holds an MSN Degree, has successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioners certification program, has two years experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, is licensed by the State of Indiana as a Nurse Practitioner and is also licensed to prescribe medication. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent people skills, superior written and oral communication skills, computer literacy including electronic medical record documentation and the ability to work both as a team member and independently.
