Description To perform clinical and documentary functions in the operation of the physician offices. The responsibilities in this job description are reflective of the expectation that patient care is delivered in a manner that is appropriate to patient age, physical ability, and intellectual development. It is expected that patient care will be adapted to meet one or more of the following populations: a)neonatal, ages 0 to 28 days b) pediatric, ages 29 days to 13 years c) adult, ages 14 years to 64 years d) geriatric, ages 65+ years. Requirements -Graduation from accredited Nurse Practitioner Programwith Family Practice certification-Patient care ranging from newborn to geriatrics. Agility to perform in a physician office environment is desiredNH and ME ARNP licensure
