Successful Medical Spa in Central Illinois, has an opening for Registered Nurse.

We have concluded a successful third year business and looking for staff who are interested in growing the clientele and their needs. Our needs are a full work week, some flexibility available. Our hours of operation are 8am -7pm. Tuesday - Friday and 9am-2pm Monday and Saturday. We are looking for an individual with schedule and philosophical flexibility. We require persons that are serious about the Aesthetic arena and have a minimum of 2 years experience with laser, injectables and other aesthetic procedures. Compensation is based on experience, and sales. Full laser services from IPLs, to tightening, hair reduction and resurfacing is performed, and we use a full complement of neurotoxin As and injectables for liquid facelifts and require an individual with a wide range of experience in the various alternatives available. Our focus is client education & sales with integrity. Our CEO/Owner has 30 years experience in Women´s health and is hands on, and we actively partner with their clinical research division and currently in the planning stages of an injectable trial. Partnership track available to the right candidate. Requirements: Extensive skin care knowledge and sales skills a must. Ability to perform chemical peels and microdermabrasions. Quick learner with excellent people skills. Honest and professional with ability to self direct and work well with others. Complete knowledge of Medical and laser aesthetics, injectables, and all aspects of these treatments including performing these services. Prefer a thorough knowledge of skin care regimes, product ingredients. Be familiar with (or willing to learn) procedure set-up and assisting. Be able to do before and after photos. Strong computer skills are required. Be sure that OSHA, HIPPA and infection control standards are being met. Work closely with, and clinically supervise, aestheticians. Keep policies and procedures manual up to date. Ideal candidate will have experience with marketing, blogging, presentations, mineral make up and writing. Willing to accept other administrative duties as assigned. Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group Dermatology is seeking a dynamic full-time Triage Nurse for our busy practice dedicated to providing personalized, comprehensive medical care of the highest quality.QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Registered Nurse License issued by State of Illinois or Practical Nurse License Issued by State of Illinois; Current CPR certification; Graduate of accredited RN or LPN program; At least 3 years of experience in a dermatology outpatient setting. Desired: At least 5 years experience in a hospital or outpatient setting; Spanish speaking a plus.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provides clinically expert triage service within a physicians practice. In their role, triage nurses serve as liaisons between patients and physicians, assessing and determining the acuity of patients symptoms and communicating these to the physicians as appropriate. They provide education to patients and to staff concerning clinical issues. Triage nurses must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to function as part of a highly effective team that consistently puts Patients First. Establish positive first impressions with patients and customers, establishing a role as patient advocate. Triage all incoming telephone calls and electronic messages, prioritizing and resolving, involving the provider as appropriate, successfully completing the communication cycle. Document all communications in the electronic medical record. Schedule patient for visit with provider when telephone assessment indicates this. Assist in obtaining appointment for patients with specialists within NMH. Coordinate emergency and hospital transfers, including paperwork and telephone communications. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with Nursing Standards and as ordered by the provider. Provide education to patients and staff concerning clinical issues. Assist in coordinating and monitoring activities of clinical staff to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to OSHA and CDC guidelines. Assist in orientation of new staff members. AA/EOE.

New medical and cosmetic dermatology, Mohs and laser surgery practice in Mill Creek WA, is seeking a motivated, energetic RN to supervise our back office staff. Qualified candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and is computer literate.
