Evaluate and anticipate needs of surgical team and respond appropriately following established protocols, policies and procedures. Assurance of surgical instrumentation and availability and proper functionality for usage in O.R. Position requires working with interruptions; with hazardous waste; with hands in water; and around moving equipment such as wheelchairs.
