Under the direction of the Director of Nursing and in collaboration as a member of the multidisciplinary team, performs assessments, plans and provides medical care and performs nursing procedures. The LPN operates in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Rules and Regulations of Registered Nurses outlined by the Tennessee Board of Nursing and according to agency operating policies, protocols, and standards.
