We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide the coordination of busy subspecialty clinics, phone triage to address acute symptoms and questions, multiple tests, treatments, medications changes, and the coordination of hospital discharges with home healthcare follow-up. The RN will work in collaboration with a multiple of team members that include a physician, social worker, as well as members of our psychology and child life departments to provide patient education, phone triage, and case management. The Polyclinic is one of the largest multi-specialty clinics in the Puget Sound area, with more than 150 primary care and specialty physicians in most areas of medicine.

We are currently seeking a part-time (5 hour shifts M&F) Triage RN in our Pediatrics Department. The RNs primary role is to provide personalized patient care; support the providers practice by performing clinical duties and assisting in the coordination of patient care. The RNs communication, conduct and performance should support the Polyclinics efforts in becoming a high performance organization. Requires graduation from an accredited school of Nursing and a current Washington State License. Prefer at least 2 years of RN experience, and BCLS certification.
