POSITION REQUIREMENTS Seeking a dynamic professional nurse with outstanding strong leadership qualities to include communication, critical thinking, problem solving, customer service, coaching and mentoring, and strong clinical skills. This individual should have a minimum of two years charge nurse experience. House supervisor or relief house supervisor experience is preferred along with previous management experience. CA RN License, ACLS and BLS is required. PALS is strongly recommended. This person is responsible for the overall administrative operations of the hospital during the evening and night hours, weekends and holidays. BA or BS preferred. **CURRENT MN RN LICENSE REQUIRED** At least 5 years of progressive management in a group practice, with demonstrated leadership within the assigned site or business unit. Experience working with and implementing an Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Proven skills partnering with Physician leaders to define and support a clinic based multiple provider practice providing care in a diverse community. Ability to effectively analyze care processes and develop and lead implementation of plans to improve patient care. Professional nursing experience to assess and improve nursing practices. Clinical Coordinator Medical / Telemetry - Full Time Night Shift

In our Medical/Tele Unit, this position will provide leadership, generate decisions and set goals to assure that the unit meets and exceeds the standards of care defined for the patient population.
