Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a 12-bed unit level III as a joint program with The Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia. Intensive life support techniques, i.e. mechanical ventilation. Intermediate and routine care for medical problems experienced by newborns. Care may include resuscitation, cardiopulmonary and hemodynamic monitoring, thermoregulatory and nutritional support. Premature infants and newborns that require continuous cardiac monitoring, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, respiratory thermoregulatory, nutritional support and intravenous monitoring are admitted directly or from surrounding hospitals.
