Abrazo Health Care is looking for experienced CVOR RNs to join our recognized Flex Pool Program providing quality care to our patients! The Flex Pool RN is critical to the successful operation of our 5 hospitals Arrowhead Hospital, Paradise Valley Hospital, Phoenix Baptist Hospital, Maryvale Hospital and West Valley Hospital.The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Nurse who provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. BSN and specialty certifications preferred. The CVOR Pool RN is a highly visible position with the opportunity to positively impact members of our community. Our patients, their families and your coworkers all benefit from your effective interpersonal skills, focus on service and quality and ability to work cohesively. This is a great opportunity for Nurses with high personal expectations and a team mentality.Current opportunity is for PREMIUM Pool. Must be willing to work at any of the 5 Abrazo Hospitals with availability to work a minimum 96 hours per 4 week schedule with 36 weekend hours. Availability for a 4 week schedule is due 4 weeks in advance of schedule start date.
