Abrazo Health Care is looking for experienced ICU RNs to join our recognized Flex Pool Program providing quality care to our patients! The Flex Pool RN is critical to the successful operation of our 5 hospitals Arrowhead Hospital, Paradise Valley Hospital, Phoenix Baptist Hospital, Maryvale Hospital and West Valley Hospital.The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Nurse who provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. BSN and specialty certifications preferred. The ICU Pool RN is a highly visible position with the opportunity to positively impact members of our community. This is a great opportunity for Nurses with high personal expectations and a team mentality.The Flex Pool RN offers 2 levels of work commitmentsBASIC: Works at a designated Abrazo Hospital a minimum of 4 shifts per 4 week schedule, 2 of those shifts must be worked on a weekend. Must work 2 holidays per year, at least one must be a premium holiday.PREMIUM: Must be willing to work at any of the 5 Abrazo Hospitals with availability to work a minimum of 8 shifts per 4 week schedule, 1 of those shifts must be submitted for a weekend.
