Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital is currently seeking candidates to fill Clinical Nurse Coordinator positions. There are full time positions available, on the PM shift, from 3 to 11:30 PM.
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator assumes primary responsibility for the planning and coordination of patient care on the inpatient nursing units while assuring continuity of care throughout the hospital stay. Coordinates the care of the nursing team. A Clinical Nurse Coordinator demonstrates clinical knowledge at the unit level and applies that knowledge to identify patient goals and advance the care process to assist patients in meeting goals. Positively influences nursing practices and collaborates with all disciplines to identify patient needs. The activities of the Clinical Nurse Coordinator are aligned with unit goals and supportive of goal achievement.
