Advocate IL Masonic Medical Center location in the Lakeview area of Chicago is looking for a exp RN for our Team Lead in the Cath Lab.
This person would be responsible for supporting the clinical and management leadership role by participating in direct supervision of daily unit operations including the clinic flow, staff development, and enhancement of the quality of patient care. Presents self as a nurse/patient advocate, mentor and leader. Our Cath lab includes cardiac diagnostic and interventions, peripheral and electrophysiology procedures. This qualified candidate must have:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN and/or equivalent preferred.2 years nursing experience in cardiac cath lab.6 -12 months previous supervisory experienceStrong interpersonal communication skills required.Demonstrate strong leadership skills: planning, performance assessment, communications, teambuilding, partnership.preferred. Current CPR certification. Current ACLS certification
