We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Palliative Care team! This is a full time Monday through Friday day shift position.

Einstein Medical Center has more than 600 primary care doctors and specialists on staff, with an additional 1,200 affiliated physicians.In this role you will assume immediate responsibility for: -In collaboration with medical director, providing direct clinical consultation and recommendations for pain/symptom management -Assisting with treatment decision making/discussions surrounding goal of care and coordination of care across illness continuum for patients with serious or advanced illnessIf you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately: -Masters Degree in Nursing from accredited program, with appropriate licensure and credentialing to practice in the state of PA required -Minimum of five years clinical practice experience required -Management and leadership experience preferred Practice experience in geriatrics, oncology, critical care preferred -Prior hospice, pain management and or palliative care experience preferred -Excellent interpersonal communication skills required -Valid State of PA Nurse and Nurse Practitioner License required -Membership in American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine preferred ACHPN, ELNEC training preferred Albert Einstein Healthcare Network offers our employees unparalleled career opportunities including competitive compensation, attractive benefits plan including medical/dental/vision coverage with health insurance coverage effective the first of the month after hire.
