Dedicated to providing patient-centered care in an atmosphere that promotes healing and comfort, Cambridge Medical Center provides services to more than 136,000 inpatients and outpatients each year.Responsibilities:The Patient Care Services Manager provides leadership and supervision for a group of patient care managers at CMC including Medical/ Pediatrics, Specialty Care Unit, Maternity & Newborn Care, Surgical Inpatient Unit, Emergency Services, Same Day clinic, Respiratory Care/ Sleep Studies and Nursing Administration (Staffing and House Managers) to facilitate teamwork, standardize nursing practice and centralize nursing activities across patient care to achieve strategic and budgetary plans. The manager will foster a culture of accountability, excellence and shared vision among the leaders of these patient care departments. Works collaboratively across the acute care departments.Qualifications:- BSN RN. Masters Degree preferred. - A minimum of 5 years of current Nursing Management experience in a similar hospital. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem solving, strategic planning, project management, teamwork and leadership skills. - Varied clinical background is helpful.
