This community landmark, adjacent to the campus of Allina´s Abbott Northwestern Hospital, is the second largest building in Minnesota and includes offices, an internationally themed public market and residential units.Responsibilities:During phase 2 of the Robina research grant, the RN project coordinator is responsible for ongoing activities, including, but not limited to: - Ongoing mentoring and supervision of care guides. - All daily operations of phase 2. - Maintenance of the critical study components (ie training curriculum, care contract, resource and referral materials, care team communications, and working groups). Multiple clinic sites.Qualifications:- RN required. RN with 5+ years in clinical practice. - Significant team-building and training/teaching experience. - Well developed computer skills, including significant familiarity with Epic. - Familiarity with outpatient medicine. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize. - Open-minded and flexible, enthusiastic. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. - Comfortable working with patients who are non-English speaking and/or low-income. - Strong project management skills. - Personnel management experience. - Working knowledge of clinical research methods. - Experience working with physicians.Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule:Days; 40 hours per week at multiple clinic sites.Allina is proud to offer highly competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits that include a 401(k)/403(b), tuition reimbursement, day care reimbursement accounts, banking services and much, much more.
