Will be responsible to collaborate with other members of the institution to insure the delivery of services to meet patient care needs and will be accountable for managing human, fiscal and other resources needed to support clinicalSpringfield 1 is a 31 beds medical and RICP unit, consisting of 23 general medical beds and 8 RICP intercare beds. The RICP beds are specific to vented patient populations. The general medical beds include 4 negative pressure isolation rooms. Staff consists of RNs, TAs and OAs with approximately 51 FTEs of which includes a full time Clinical Nurse Specialist to support the educational needs of the unit.Qualifications:Massachusetts RN licensure required. BSN, BS, or BA required. Masters preferred. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years of successful clinical management and leadership experience. Must possess strong PC skills as well as have knowledge and experience with developing & working with budgets.AA/EOE
