The Nursing Research and Development at cedars promotes high quality patient care by assuring competent, and appropriate nursing care throughout the Medical Center.The Nursing Supervisor acts in a leadership role as the Administrator on Duty. He/she coordinates staffing on a housewide basis to support the expectations and philosophy of CSHS, to provide quality patient care, provides personnel counseling in emergency situations. The Nursing Supervisor guides nursing staff in the provision of nursing care consistent with Nursing Standards of Care/Practice, Plan for Provision of Nursing Care.A valid California Registered Nurse License. Bachelor�s Degree (preferably in nursing). Minimum of two years clinical experience, two years previous experience in a management role. Full command (verbal and written) of the English language. Will be working a flexible work schedule including weekends. Must be able to perform assigned duties in a demanding work environment
