Director of Nursing Memphis, TNFull TimeResponsibilities include:Recruit and develop qualified ADN Instructors ensuring continuous and consistent delivery of coursework throughout the program.Manage the ADN Instructors, the education activities and all classes.Ensure compliance with applicable accreditation commission standards, agency regulations, the campus policies and procedures, and the departments curricula. Minimum Requirements:Current and active RN license in the state of Tennessee.Masters Degree with a major in nursing from an accredited college or university, including or supplemented by courses in a program of studies in preparations for the responsibilities inherent in the position.Three years experience in full-time teaching and/or administrative positions in an approved school of professional nursing.Management experience required.Previous experience as DON Education preferred.Must have prior teaching experience.Must also meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications. Must meet approval of regulatory board in order to hold position.Must be capable of teaching both the Clinical and Didactic aspects of the program.Monitor students progress, conduct student orientations, and advise students throughout the applicable program

Responsibilities include:Recruit and develop qualified Nursing Instructors ensuring continuous and consistent delivery of coursework throughout the program. Manage the Nursing Instructors and the education activities of the Nursing Department and all classes. Ensure compliance with applicable accreditation commission standards, agency regulations and the Campus Policy and Procedure Departments curricula. Monitor student progress, conduct student orientations, and advise students throughout the applicable program. Minimum Qualifications: Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Missouri. Minimum MSN degree. Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience (two in the past five years). Minimum 1 year of management experience required. Previous teaching experience preferred. Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications. Assistant Director of NursingArlington, TXResponsibilities include: Support the Director of Nursing in all duties pertaining to the VN Department. Participate in the management of all areas of the VN Department as dictated by department requirements. Insure that instruction meets or exceeds the standards and guidelines established by accrediting bodies and legislation. Assist instructors in preparing, reviewing, and revising the course syllabus, lesson plans, testing materials, course calendars, student evaluations, and learning objectives as needed. Advise students as needed regarding academic, attendance, professional behavior issues, and assist graduates as needed in the application for licensure process. Monitor department compliance with the state nursing board and Concorde policy and procedures.
