An assignment now exists on the Countys MAP team for: REGISTERED NURSE III Per Diem $34.20 HourlyWe are seeking RNs to perform the full range of professional nursing duties for patients and their families in a healthcare home/clinic, mental health facility or Department of Health program. Per Diem work assignments are flexibly scheduled or on an as needed basis and receive additional compensation in lieu of Riverside Countys fringe benefits. This position requires one year experience, preferably in a mental health facility or community health agency. Duties may include family service case management, counseling patients and families regarding special medical problems, assessing and planning nursing care to patients, and assisting physicians in treatment administration. RN III Per Diems are knowledgeable of current principles and techniques used in professional nursing and have the ability to perform the full range of nursing duties. Possession of a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California is required.
