Must have a current CA RN license and CPR. Must possess vehicle to visit patients homes and liability insurance. Must possess intermediate computer skills for use of laptop for charting and knowledge of OASIS and Title 22. Under the direction of the Clinical Manager and Case Manager, perform skilled nursing visits for wound care, IV therapy, and much more. Must follow or develop plan of care initiated by physician referral. Excellent time management and organizational skills required.
