Flexible 30-40 hour/week nursing leadership opportunity for experienced manager
Seeking Nurse Practitioner with supervisory experience for Nurse Leader position in busy, outpatient, adult medicine practice. In this role, you will be a practicing clinician in the department, with supervisory responsibilities for 13 nurses (LPN, RN, NP). Function as a member of a departments management team. Manage projects and/or provide team leadership for departmental initiatives. Work collaboratively with Specialty Nurse Leaders, Chiefs in partnering sites and other managers. Education: Graduate of a state-approved Nurse Practitioner Program. Bachelors degree required, Masters degree strongly preferred. Current license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Must hold state authorization to practice in the expanded role. Must possess and maintain or be eligible for Mass DPH Controlled Substances registration and DEA registration.
