Lancaster General Health is seeking a Nurse Manager for its Labor & Delivery department.
SUMMARY: Manages a patient care unit or area, consistent with the mission of the Department of Nursing, by directing patient care and ensuring continuity of care based on knowledge of clinical nursing needs of patients, established standards of care, and resource utilization. REQUIREMENTS: Current RN license, issued by the PA State Board of Nursing. Bachelors degree in related field and/or equivalent experience. Three (3) years of clinical experience. Three (3) years in a management or leadership role. Strong customer service skills. Ability to build a successful team and achieve positive outcomes.
