Provides quality, professional care to health center patients independently and in collaboration with physicians as needed by:Eliciting health histories, including:1. Chief complaint2. History and physical information3. Past medical history4. current medications5. Family history6. Psychosocial/cultural histories7. Review of symptomsPerforms physical assessments, Establishes diagnosis for common short-term or chronic stable problems, Ordering, performing and interpreting laboratory tests.
