You will function as a clinical expert in Emergency nursing care. Will facilitate, guide, teach and support nursing personnel in the delivery of excellent patient care. Functions in a dual capacity as an educator/consultant and a registered staff nurse. Works closely with and provides education for nurses, technicians, transporters, secretaries and nursing students. Provides staff with ongoing education and maintains a current orientation manual for new hires as well as oversee the orientation process to ensure successful independent practice.
