Designs new practices and implements new systems. Provides leadership in the facility and/or regional level related to clinical process design and system implementation.
Bachelors degree in Nursing is required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a clinical area, healthcare systems implementation and/or experience in progressively responsible positions. Experience in assisting with the implementation of clinical and ancillary systems, clinical process automation, standardization and implementation highly desirable. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois. Certification in Informatics highly desirable.
