As a Nurse Supervisor you will provide clinical, operational and administrative leadership in the Inpatient Psychiatric Units. Key responsibilities will include providing staff coverage for breaks and relief from rounding. Role may be divided between clinical and operational hours. Assumes accountability as delegated by the Nurse Manager while serving as a role model for professional practice with a particular concentration in psychiatric nursing.
