The responsibility of the nurse will be to work, as a partner within the health care team.Duties and Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for assuring that the nursing process is followed for each patient from admission through discharge. Responsible for managing, directing and supervising, all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment in the unit. Promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments. Expectations in exercising judgment in the care of patients and in the management of personnel. The RN will adhere to all regulations of the Nurse Practice Act.
