Perform nursing care in patients home to administer treatments, complete all appropriate documentation, supervise home health aides, carry a beeper for on-call rotation, teach patient and care giver, complete/modify care plan, track and document patients progress toward stated goals, adhere to state, federal and hospital regulations, policies and procedures. Demonstrated proficient management of complex infusion therapy patients including the use of a variety of central lines.Associates is required. BSN is preferred. RN license is required as well as one year medical/surgical experience. The candidate must have access to reliable transportation.
