The inpatient RN is responsible for all nursing care from admission through discharge. The RN assesses the patients and develops, implements and evaluates a plan of care for assigned patients and families. Provision of care by the RN includes delivery of direct care as well as accountability for appropriateness of nursing care delivered by LPN and certified nursing assistants. All aspects of patient care and the patient´s response to care are documented according to established policies and procedures.Position is Pediatrics based, float between shifts as needed in Pediatrics and cover Adult Med/Surg if needed.Memorial Hospital has opportunities that no other hospital can offer.
