The North Carolina Department of Health & Human Services-Central Regional Hospital is recruiting Professional Nurses.Central Regional Hospital is a State Psychiatric Hospital with campuses located in Butner and Raleigh NC. We are continuously recruiting for registered nurses and have a variety of opportunities on both campuses. We will accept new graduate nurses and have extended education opportunities for nurses seeking advanced training. Pay is competitive and we offer shift differentials and incentive pay. We also offer full state benefits including paid health insurance and retirement. RNs at Central Regional Hospital organize the provision of care for patients with acute psychiatric illness. They may serve as the Charge Nurses delegating care to other RN s, LPN s and NA I s. In addition, they supervise the work of these individuals as well as have general responsibility for running the unit (20-34 beds) on the shift. RNs may also serve as the Treatment Team Nurse to develop plans of care for the patients as well as working individually with selected patients.
