Be one of the people who make it possible. Responsibilities The Clinical Nurse I is responsible for the direct provision of effective and comprehensive nursing care. Current New York State Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred. Minimum 1 year experience or more required. BCLS certification required for all nurses who provide direct patient care, excluding the NICU unless they float to general pediatrics. ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire/transfer into the ED, Cardiac Cath Lab, CCU, 5 Garden North and 5 Garden South
