Care Manager

Join our flagship facility, Rochester General Hospital (RGH), a 528-bed facility with Magnet designation.Candidate will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality of care for our patients.Requirements include a current NYS RN license; 3-5 years acute hospital care experience; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong understanding of medical management techniques and processes; and knowledge of federal and state regulations. A Bachelors degree in Nursing, Case Management Certification and Case Management or Utilization Management experience preferred. Knowledge of third party payor and/or managed care payment principles helpful.
