Scott & White currently has the following opportunity available:Manager, Nurse: Orthopedic/Med-Surg and Med-SurgTemple, TX You will conduct management functions for a 35-38 bed unit under the supervision of the Nurse Director, performing duties with professional, role modeling behaviors. Plays an integral part in enhancing workflow and the day-to-day operations in areas of responsibility to include employee, patient, physician and guest satisfaction. Utilizes analytic and critical thinking skills to problem solve/address concerns. Management accountabilities to include staffing/scheduling, development of performance appraisals, and staff development and retention of approximately 40 FTEs.
