Collaborates with Surgery Specialty Council in identifying and developing standards as they relate to area and as they relate to specialty service. 3. Promotes and evaluates the professional development of assigned staff, to include: identification of educational skills required to meet established professional standards and integrate the Clinical Ladder into the nursing practice environment. 4.
