We currently have an exciting, full-time employment opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner in our fast-growing Pain Management Center. Nurse PractitionerWorking in conjunction with the Medical Director, youll provide an advanced level of care to patients undergoing pain management therapy. Responsibilites:-Plan, organize, implement, evaluate and direct activities of the Outpatient Pain Management Service-Provide specialty care by assessing initial/follow-up evaluations and services-Prescribe protocol medications and medical modalities-Provide pain management education-Lead policy and procedure development-Monitor patient outcome and participate in quality improvement activities-Serve as primary liaison for all services interfacing with the Pain CenterRequirements:-Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program-RN license (District of Columbia)-Minimum 2 years experience-BLS and ACLS certification-Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in outpatient pain management preferredYoull enjoy exceptional pay rates, very generous benefits and a highly supportive environment.
