Full time RN needed to join NYC Hospital as oncology case manager. Responsibilities include overseeing patient admission, referrals, and discharge planning.Collaborate with an interdiciplinary team to facilitate quality based, cost effective patient outcomes.1+years case management and 2+years of oncology and or clinical experience required.Masters degree, oncology, case management and or managed care, insurance regualationas and UR/CM experience preferred9am-5pm monday-friday$1,500 sign on bonus for qualified candidate
