We are currently seeking a Supervisor of Occupational Medicine WorkWell programs and services. This position is responsible for overall coordination and daily operation of WorkWell, International Travel Clinic, and occupational health and safety programs. This includes oversight of daily department operations and budgets, supervision of staff and employee, patient, and provider relations. Requirements include: Bachelors level degree in Occupational Health/Medicine Nursing or related field preferred, Licensed Registered Nurse in MN and WI; experience in on-site clinical and business consultative services, illness/injury prevention programs, substance abuse testing, medical surveillance, regulatory health, safety and related benefit programs. Must have decision making and problem solving abilities, leadership skills and ability to work effectively with staff, physicians, patients and external clients.
