Licensure - Nurse Practitioner must possess a current active unrestricted licensed to practice in one of the 50 U.S. states or territories. Experience - Nurse Practitioner shall possess 18 months experience within the past 36 months as a Nurse Practitioner in a Pulmonary Clinic or Sleep Clinic. Experience shall include diagnosing, treating, and following chronic pulmonary or sleep patients. Certification - Nurse Practitioner shall possess and maintain Basic Life Support certification (BLS).
